No. Clitorises come in different sizes just like penises. Although the clitoris is the female equivalent of the male penis, a large clitoris is not a penis. True hermaphrodites have both male sex organs and female sex organs. A hermaphrodite would be able to both father children (get a female pregnant), and become pregnant by a male. Most (maybe all) snails and worms are hermaphrodites. There are not true human hermaphrodites.

Yes, females are hermaphrodites if they pee from their clitoris. people most likely need to see a specialist to determain the severity of their condition.

    hermaphrodite name change:
    Stephanie-steve
    Lucy-Luke
    Jennifer-John
    Alexandra-Alexander
    Danielle-Daniel
    Micheal- Mike
    Jessica-James

Just adding to what has been said:

No, women with unusually large clitorises are NOT hermaphrodites.

However, I disagree with the original answer stating that there 'are no human hermaphrodites'. A medically documented Human Hermaphrodite is one that has obvious indication of both male and female genitalia, but neither of the genitals can function as a reproductive organ. Examples of human hermaphrodites are:

females who have testicles (many times they are undescended in the body and remain there throughout their entire lives).

Men with vagina, but no penis.

Women with Penis growing out of a vagina (usually at the top, where the clitoris would normally be)

Men with penis growing out of a vagina (usually the top, where the clitoris would be on the vagina)

Men with ovaries (usually connected through an unnatural and unusual series of growth inside the body to the penis)

Men without testicles (may be indication of ovarian growth elsewhere in the pelvic region)

    and many more.

While they are not 'true' hermaphrodites in the sense that they cannot reproduce, they are classifed as hermaphrodites, and thus they do exist. There are many questions about this on this website already...do some researching for some helpful answers.

i dont know if this was already stated in someone else's answer for this question but
well on the fact of "true" hermaphrodites it is possible for them to have both sex organs but only one of the 2 sex organs works correctly as stated by scott f. gilbert in his book called "developmental biology" on chapter 14: sex determination
