How does a student contribute to a college campus community? I need to answer an essay on how I would contribute to the campus community and I am not sure what it means and need ideas.

there are certainly a number of ways in which to become more integrated into the campus community. some suggestions might to be a mentor to new students, homework assistant, campus guide, active in student government, dorm r a, etc. best of luck to you. remember you only can get out of your college experience what you put in.

Contributing means adding something to your college that needs either fixing or improves the safety of fellow students. Example: I noticed students were driving their vehicles both ways on a street thats too dangerous for two-way traffic. i made a safety suggestion and a sign was erecected making this street just one way. it could have prevented an accident. Look around your campus and see what changes it needs. Hope this helps...john
