My former employer will not give me a copy of my 2007 w2 form

    I had the same problem one time; I went to the IRS and told them. They told me to estimate how much I had earned and to say so on my tax forms.

    They also said they would take care of the matter. I guess they did I never heard.

    Did you know the Constitutional Ammendment putting the income tax in place was never approved by even one state. Five did initially but then removed there approval. At the time it required approval of 35 states to ammend the Constitution of the USA. It was made an ammendment without the approval of the states.

    They may charge a fee for previous years W2's, but they must comply if you ask.

    Tell them that if they don't you will ask the IRS for a copy, I bet they'll comply.
