What is a "Hard Fault"? Looked at Resource Monitor and saw the number of Hard Fault's for memory going up and down.

You're reading I want to install a replacement cooling fan in the power supply of my computer. The original fan used a 2 wire connection. The replacement fan has 3 wires. Can I cut off the 3rd wire?

Ignore it, yes, but don't bother cutting it off just in case. I have a fan or two that I just tucked the sensor wire away.
