I live in Indianapolis, Indiana. My neighbor constantly parks in front of my house. Several times, he has parked to where the bumper (about 2-3 feet) is in front of our driveway. We have a double

    As long as there no signs prohibiting parking and your driveway is not blocked, a person can park on the public street, anywhere. also, not blocking traffic.
