It may sound simple, but in all honesty, all you need to do is to remove the battery from your phone for a few seconds and then put it back in. This will "reset" the phone and it should no longer say that the headphones are connected. I hope this helps. Thanks. SukiSue

My LG Keybo 2 wont send pictures anymore!! it will go to the "LG" screen and then go to the "Telus" like its restarting.
