  • No. Sex is for procreation. It is a required duty for women to have vaginal intercourse with their husbands to further the kingdom. The LDS Church inserts itself into every aspect of your life if you are a member. This includes what happens in your bedroom with your spouse. I have personally experienced this.
  • Every person who has any knowledge of the body knows that the anus is not for putting things up, but letting things out, as blunt as it sounds. I don't have an answer for kinky.
  • I dont think "kinky" and "anal" is in their vocabulary!
  • They do not think Anal is Kinky...and neither should you...
  • Letter to all Priesthood Leaders, January 5, 1982. Married persons should understand that if in their marital relations they are guilty of unnatural, impure, or unholy practices, they should not enter the temple unless and until they repent and discontinue any such practices. Husbands and wives who are aware of these requirements can determine by themselves their standing before the Lord. All of this should be conveyed without having priesthood leaders focus upon intimate matters which are a part of husband and wife relationships. Skillful interviewing and counseling can occur without discussion of clinical details by placing firm responsibility on individual members of the Church to put their lives in order before exercising the privilege of entering a house of the Lord. The First Presidency has interpreted oral sex as constituting an unnatural, impure, or unholy practice. If a person is engaged in a practice which troubles him enough to ask about it, he should discontinue it. Anyone guilty of verbal or physical child or spouse abuse should not enter the temple. . . • Like I said before. The church doesn't take a stand on what two people can do. If they are married and both people are ok with it, then they can do whatever they please.
  • I find your question is this "indeed still church policy" amusing only because, if you are LDS, you would know that the Lord does not change. If this message was sent out at all, regarding anal and oral sex as being unnatural and impure, what makes you think that the Lord would change his position on the two even if the church appeared to? Bottomline, you can do whatever you want in your marital bedroom and you don't have to tell your Bishop during your Temple Recommend interview because he has been counseled not to ask you for details, but in the end, the church is clear on this issue and it's between you and the Lord. Proceed as you feel best...
  • The church has no opinion on what married people do in the privacy of their own homes, assuming it is voluntary, non abusive, etc.
  • the lord does change his mind for the members of your most holy of churches as befits the political and popular beliefs of whatever era you are entering into...as a matter of fact the most glorious of such changes in perspective from the most holy of holies came in 1978, after 130 years of the rekindling of the one and only true church to reside on this planet, in the form of allowing black men to hold the priesthood, but until that time according to "the lord" as dictated from the mouths of your "prophets": "The Lord had cursed Cain's seed with blackness and prohibited them the Priesthood." as stated by brigham young, who further states: "Any man having one drop of the seed of [Cain] ... in him cannot hold the Priesthood and if no other Prophet ever spoke it before I will say it now in the name of Jesus Christ I know it is true and others know it." thank god for the mercy of the lord and the modern era. your lord does change his mind as is required for palatability for the masses.
  • I believe they would condone just about anything, as long as you stay in the cult, I mean fold.
