  • Not likely but you were probably found guilty in your absence and will receive notification of a fine and points on your license.. They could of course redate the case but if you are not contesting the ticket what would be the point?
  • Yup Dog is coming to get you! lol jk
  • no. but just calll the court or inform the police that you got the dates mixed up and that you forgot. honesty is the best policy.
  • Well funny or not, If you missed your court date then the judge can do several things, Rule in your absence, suspend your license for failure to appear, Issue a bench warrant for your arrest ( for failure to appear) At least the city court here in Elwood, Indiana will do this. Like I was told when I missed a court date years ago. Ignorance is no excuse. They don't take kindly to people missing court dates. Remember these are just some of the things that the judge CAN do. It doesn't mean that he or she will. I would just call the clerks office and explain to them what happened and find out what the fine is and pay it.
  • i just found out i missed a court date for a speeding ticket i recieved in a county about 50 miles from mine. Speed 90 in a 65 mph. Recieved the notification 2 days 2 days from court date. I had the dates mixed up and i am not about to pay a fkin 1200 dollar fine. So..i go to the clerks office and ask her if she can add me for another court date since i was very very sick. I ask the judge if i can take traffic school to reduce the fine..i have no points on record and never took traffic school...the fine will be reduced to about 100 bucks with traffic school. phew..
  • as for the license suspension...i can give a fk less...ill still be driving in my sl 55
