Box 14 is a informational box (and does not go onto the 1040) and it sounds like you are participating in a 'cafeteria' plan (salary reduction) which is the 125. Not sure what the 129 plan is...this should have been subtracted from box 1. box 1 plus box 14 should equal box 3 & 5. if it does, then you are ok.
