Help answer this question below.

I passed somebody crossing the double yellow lines because they were going very slow. they followed me back to my house where i think they took down my license plate number. can i get in trouble for this? will my insurance rise and/or will i get a ticket?

    One citizen can sign a warrant on another citizen with probable cause.

    Yes, you can have a warrant taken out on you for this traffic offense.

    It's their word against yours. If they have any brains they will realize that and won't do anything. They were probably just trying to scare you. Don't worry about it.
