rachet socket the size of the drain plug on your car oil filter wrench jack if you cant slide under the car or you dont have a ditch to park over a waste pan to catch the used oil and a container to pour it in (jiffy lube or other places will take the oil and recycle it for you) 5 qts of oil and a new filter
