yes you can if that person is nasty and the house is not keep up. you can, you are the lanlord and you can do what ever you what to do if the payment is not been paid, and the house is drity, take pictures of the house and take it to court. stand up for yourself.
Yes, you can. However, if the person refuses, you will then have to pursue legal resources. This has happened enough that there is a standard way to handle it. Just type the name of your state, plus "how to evict a roommate" in the google or yahoo.
