Shy people out there! Why would this guy do this?! so basically a friend of a Friend of mine who talks to this guy told the guy i liked that i like him ,and he said so, shrugged his shoulders, and made a really bad face. he is shy, and we never talked cau

    Why would he do what? Shrug and say so? Perhaps because he has no interest in you or he doesn't want to play games.
