overexercising will definately put you off food.thats how i do it.although sometimes after a workout you will feel a bit sicky as your body has used your body fat as energy cuz its not got any carbs.but when i say over exercising i mean hours a day.

otherwise a healthier way,(as overexercising can be harmful),is to browse the net, print out the most vile grotesque disgusting images you can, either of obesese people or of anyfing, and stick them on the fridge, the kitchen cupboards, anywhere there's food.that should put you off a bit.

another fing is "think slim".if you keep finking you have to lose weight you're more lickly to wanna eat.dunno why, just does. whereas if you think you are skinny, you tend to adapt your eating habits to your imaginary skinny body.i know it sounds crazy but its so true.whenever i feel fat thats when i tend to wanna eat that tub of icecream.

the 1st few days of a drastic change in eating habits are always the hardest.you've just gotta get through the first week of being strict with yourself and then it will start to come naturally.

protein by the way is actually the best fing for weight loss.a little trick is, if you know you're onna be eating a high calorie meal,or some birthday cake or whatever, you should eat some lean meat first as this will then lower your blood sugar levels.when your blood sugar levels rise (like when you eat bread, cake, pasta, any carbs realy) your body stores alot of it as fat,so you put o weight.protein before or at every meal is a winner.

theres so many more little tricks i could tell you but why dont you try these out first.

If you have stopped growing, you can try intermittent fasting. Do some research on the Warrior Diet to get some ideas.

I did a lot of research before I decided to switch over to one meal a day. I found that the cries of slower metabolism and starvation response (two totally different things) were untrue. If anything, the body goes into an anabolic state (muscle-building) during a fasting period. They key is to not overfast, such as many days consecutively without any food.

I eat one meal in the morning. I have zero hunger during the day where minimeals made me hungry all the time. In fact, breakfast used to make me hungry. The reason I'm not hungry is because of excellent insulin control. I'm not a diabetic but eating often can increase blood sugar which increases hunger. I also have a lot more energy. It took me about three days to adjust to the diet. I ate very small snacks. I do eat a snack now just to make sure I cover the bases. I'll eat two slices of 2% cheese and a clementine or orange.

The first week, I lost 4 pounds. After that, one can expect to lose 1 - 2 pounds a week unless one is very heavy, then it will be more.

I'm staying with this diet for life. It's so easy. And more and more scientific evidence points to this kind of diet as being very healthy.

There are martial artists and a ton of folks who weight train that do this diet. It gives you that much energy. Most of those people eat their main meal after working out though. I don't.

It's almost impossible to put off hunger through traditional dieting. Low-carb can knock out hunger and cravings but make you feel nauseous. Low-fat, low-carb, counting calories, etc., are a pain an induce a dieting mentality. Eating minimeals can make you a slave to dieting by making you obsessed with food.

As far as Weight Watchers goes, I've never known anyone to do WW and keep the weight off (maybe the leaders do). And people are hungry on that diet, too. You have to be a diet accountant.

    There is a better way.
