Yell at them to get out. If they don't move, you walk around the bar and physically put them out of the bar. If they are way bigger than you have a friend help or call the cops. Usually if you threaten to call the cops they will leave

Well, Firstly - You shouldn't have let them get out of control in the first place. It's not only very bad form and unprofessional, but it's illegal - well, where I come from and was trained, it is.
Secondly - You cut them off, and try to talk them down. If they start to get toey, call the bouncer over. Don't talk down to them, irritate them, or otherwise make them worse - just talk to them in a calm, professional manner. If you can talk them down, no worries. If they don't, the bouncer can handle it quite adequately.
A TASER with low power could be the best thing. It make you dissconnected from your brain for about 15 Seconds.... and that enough time to get the ball in your court.
