Help answer this question below.
It all depends on why you celebrate sabbats. The reason the dates were chosen for sabbath was to reflect the solar position in relation to the earth because these are pinnacles of the energy flow that is used in magic, i.e. these are the best times to perform certain rituals. Therefore, changing the dates accordingly is important if you want to keep the meaning in the celebration. However, if you're just in it for the technicality of the holiday (as one might celebrate christmas more for the presents than the birth of christ) keep the 'universal' date.
The Sabbats were traditionally meant to following according to the seasonal changes. So I would say that celebrating traditionally would be to go along with what your seasons dictate, not what the U.S. and European Wiccans typically follow.
It really depends on what you want to do. You could change, or you could stay the same as most of the rest of us. it's your choice.
I have a friend who lives in the southern hemisphere and I actually found this for her and she goes by it.

it's on that page if you don't already know it, it's way at the bottom. She says she prefers those dates because they reflect the seasons.
I'm a Wicca, and i would like to know if anyone could point me in the direction to a good website. For spell and tools.

You're reading I live in the Southern hemisphere, and all the sabbats are in different seasons. Should I celebrate traditionally, or change according to the season where I live?

Very precise and well-thought answer. Like most religions, one sometimes has to choose between faith and dogma.
