You cannot delete your account .You canonly aske the management if they would be willing to delete it or ban it. They could them close you out.

Get someone to change your password and not tell you what it is.

Self control is a common answer, easier said than done at times, good luck.

There really is no sure way to avoid AB without some self-control on your part. You cannot delete yourself here. But you can ask the staff to put you in the Penalty Box though you can always sign up with a new account, which many do. Sorry, but it's up to you

You can't delete your own account on AB.

One good way to ensure you wouldn't come back is to ask the staff to ban your account (your account would be placed in the Penalty Box for 9,999 days).

Do you own any bullets. If you think this is bad, try an MMORPG. I lost 2 years of my life to Anarchy Online. At least I can stay away from here for 2 or 3 day when I get busy.

I study internet psychology and based on what I've studied, excessive internet use can not only lead to addiction but also lead to low emotional intelligence, therefore problems with face to face communication will arise. But to break away from this you could go out and socialise with friends, or join some kind of activity or discussion group, you will find that when your social life becomes more interesting, you will not use AB as often, using it ocassionally is ok.

To the person who mentioned playing an MMORPG instead... I find this amusing, much research suggests that MMORPG's such as World of Warcraft are psychologically damaging in many ways. so my advice would be not to play a MMORPG instead.

just visit your avatar and see what is happening with your last questions and answers...dont log on. you will see your account at a quiet distance and you see that for the input, the output really isnt that rewarding.
