You may have to. It's common practice for insurance repairs to be done with salvaged body parts where available. Talk with the garage doing the repair though, it may be possible to find the new part for less money than a used one costs!
I believe the cutoff is 2 years with most ins. companies. My neighbor has one of those Lexus SUV's, and the guy's insurance company that was responsible for repairs, tried to do that. His is an 07, July production. So I would fight it since you're in the 2 year range.
