To elaborate, you need to register the card on the website from which you purchased the card (Wal-Mart cards have their own site, depends on the type of card I suppose). The registration process includes your name and address, which you will use as your billing address for online purchases. I have used a Wal-Mart Visa debit card to make a purchase on NewEgg and it works seamlessly. Good luck!
