You can try it by yourself... just choose a white buttondown shirt (with collar) and jump in! You can also do it with a partner... it can be extremely sexy!

You don't have to restrict yourself to a white shirt! Any buttondown shirt/blouse with collar will do... particularly long sleeves with either fold back or french cuffs. Enjoy!
