If you're talking to someone who is cross-eyed, do you focus your attention back and forth between eyes or do you try and not make eye contact?

    look between the eyes cause otherwise it would be too uncomfortable. I once started a new job and a lady who worked there had the complete end of her nose off. No one prepared me and when she turned around and introduced herself, you can imagine my shock and I am sure it showed... eeeks...
