Yeah, that's because the same nerves that send that "Gotta poo" signal to the brain are triggered by a penis in your anus. Sans numbing, you can't really get around it.

oh, I meant instead of an enema, using something that just wiped out anything. I guess I could try an enema.. how long do you have to sit on the toilet? lol I use dildos etc in my ass, so an enema should be fine.

The fullness feeling is the normal feeling and many women report liking that feeling. I'd be careful about the enemas. Enemas tend to make the lining of the rectum swell from absorbing water and the lining is much easier to tear that way. I'd recommend either using a condom if you are worried about any mess, or just making an effort to evacuate your bowels before you have sex.
