My Lexmark Pro901 printer has a black ink only option on my Windows computer. Is this option available on Mac? If so, how do I set it?

You're reading OK!!! I got one for you all to try and answer here. Its about a Lexmark Printer I have here. Its a model X3550 & it seems to be haunted or something...LOL...What would cause this thing to start up on its own, after setting unused for a week or more?

Boy I hope your right Takei-Shihan...I've never known of such functions on one. But this thing has acted like this for the past year now. I just had a FRIEND over here a few hours ago. And we we're setting across the room playing cards, when that printer started making those crazy sounds again. They thought I had a fax line coming in. I told them I did not have one active here. They then ask me why it acted up like that. I told them it must be haunted, because its been doing it off & on every since I got it. It may go a day or a week without me noticing it.....One thing about it, it scans & prints OK....Thanks for the info:.....+6
