Question

Help answer this question below.

Maybe my last question wasn't detailed enough. I'm 16 and I have premission but my mom won't take me. :/ Friends have offered to do it for free but I think that's a bad idea. Any place I can go w/o LEGAL guardian there, like in auburn or something?

As far as I know any minor must have a parent (or legal guardian with court papers) on the premises for you to get anything done. Otherwise anyone under 18 could just go in and say that their parents agreed to it.
