Help answer this question below.

I have had my car for 12 days now (signed a contract and everything) and after going back and forth with the BANK financing me and with the dealership. The bank decided to dismiss the loan. Now because of this can the dealer cancel the contract? HELP!

    So by dismiss, does that mean they denied you the loan? That makes no sense cause dealerships cannot let you take possession till the loan is approved. If this means you didnt get the loan YES they will take the car back. I would call and speak to General Manager.
