My brother had to give 90 days notice. I thought that was extremly ridiculous. But if the lease is signed there really isn't anything that can be done about it.

then give sixty day notice and moveout before the sixty days are up. maybe she paid first and last.

It depends on the agreement is it a month to month 30 day or a lease? She should look it over carefully.

You're reading My step daughter lives in a apartment complex and want's to move out before her lease is up. They told her she has to give 60 day's notice.I have NEVER heard of 60 day's notice, 30 day's yes.
