In Balzoria, Texas, the city is trying to pass an ordanance to make use of the "N" word a misdomeaner with a fine of up to $500.00. Do you think this is a good idea and why? Do you think this infringes on the freedom of speech?

What people don't get is freedom of speech under law. This means you can say anything you want as long as it is not obcene. For me it would not matter if the "n" word would be something you should pay a fine for as long as the accuser doesn't have proof, you are alright.
