It's sad to see that the USA decided to eradicate an ancient faith.
It reminds me when the Moslems tried to wipe out Zoroastrianism when they invaded the Persian empire.
My country had no right to do this.
Yet one more reason why I feel Douglas MacArthur is one egotistical SOB. He killed more Americans than the enemy because of his shoddy leadership abilities.

My father's father's mother remarried after my great grandfather died of alcoholism, going from a McArthur to a MacArthur. I'm not sure of the exact lineage but she always said she was proud to be related to a great world war two hero. Perhaps it was just an old woman ranting and raving.
