Help answer this question below.

My 8Gb Creative Zen x-fi turns on but the screen goes blank...When I reset it, it just shuts off...then i turn it back on and it does the same thing! What should i do about this problem? I want to save the songs and pictures i have on it.

    Its fully charged allready...so just charge it agian, hit reset, and turn it back on??

    Try charging it for half hour, reset it and then turn it on. Thats what i did with my one when it happened....if it doesnt work sorry.:(
