Help answer this question below.

Can I have my son's father pay all child support up front and terminate his parental rights - a buyout if you will? He has had shown no interest in my son, and when he does come annually(he's in Ireland) my son gets out of sorts - any help here?

    I think you can make an arrangement to terminate his parental rights if you both agree to it. The support payments are viewed by the court separately. You can come to a mutually agreed uponn arrangement and the court will ratify it in the USA. Not sure about other countries.
