I'm getting married in a couple of months and I've gained a little weight. I need to lose weight fast but don't have a lot of money. Does anyone know a good weight loss supplement that won't break the bank?

    exercise. believe it or not, walking or jogging is Freee!!

    the cabbage soup diet Does Work. It takes dedication though. Walking is great as well.

    Cut your food intake in half or less, eat lots of fruits and veggies, no white food at all (calories & fat) and drink only plain water. Then get regular exercise.
    You will live a lot cheaper, longer, and feel better.

    Eat lots of fruit and veggies and everything healthy. Cut down on the red meat and don't eat junk food. Drink lots of water. Do some extra walking in your daily activities, run if you can and the weather permits. This is all free and a healthier route to losing weight. A couple months is enough time!

    Yes, it's called water. You drink at least 8 glass of it every day, and cut all the rest of your meals in half. then walk or run a mile every day, or maybe even twice a day.

    If you are working, park at least a block or more away from your work, and walk.
