I like tall men. I am 5ft 2 so it is not difficult to be tall but I do like men over 6 ft. although personality and character is more important.

- ...plus... educated, traveled, multi-lingual, "mature" but not over-ripe, experienced for sure...(in social matters and life in general), still fun loving and a bit of a risk taker (still occasionally jumps out of perfectly good airplanes just for the hell of it). How am I doing so far?

Taller than me. Preferably by at least 2 inches.

I'm only 5'4'' so it's not THAT hard for a guy to meet that.

They have to be at least as tall or taller than I am and I am 5'7

- Helen, you are mis-interpreting everything on purpose! (lol). You started it all! 6 1/2 inches is 2 1/2 inches more than the vast majority of women have anything to "receive" with. I was just asking what is the need for the other 2 1/2 inches...I certainly have that extra...and a bit more, as do most Scotsmen (lol), but, seriously, what is the attraction for women except just looks.

- My common sense tells me to just declare victory and leave the field now. But, who knows? I do love a good "discussion". I'm 5"8, pretty tall for a girl... I always thought I'd have a taller man but my boyfriend's the same height and i couldn't ask for anyone better!

I have almost no preference, anywhere between my height (5'6") and up I guess! But being taller than a guy wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me. :)

As long as he's not shorter than I am, which is 5'4 1/2" then it's okay.

But my sister who is 5'8" is currently and has been for awhile, with a guy who is shorter than I am.
