Certainly they do! I have flown with my significant other. In fact there have been many instances where husbands and wives have even flown together as Captain and First Officer.

Most notably, TV show Good Mornng America hosted Southwest Airlines Captain Claudia Jones and her husband First Officer husband Fred on their show to talk about being one of the airlines "1,000 married couples". Joining them were her step daughter, SWA Captain Cathy Jones and Freds brother who was also a SWA First Officer.

Well, there aren't many women pilots.
But I don't think there are specific regulations againts it.
They're proffessionals, and the airline just trusts them to behave in a proffessional manner while on company time.
