I know C language and i want to learn MS visual studio on where should i concentrate Visual Basic, C# , or C++

I would avoid VB - i keep hoping it will die. Whether you choose C++ or C# depends upon what you want to do. At the moment, there are probably about as many opportunities in both, though C++ will be much more varied. But from C# it is easy to step to Java, and another set of (rather similar) opportunities. For commercial opportunities, I would choose C#; for fun, C++.
