Look at your bylaws. Request a copy, they must give you one. All changes to the bylaws must be filed with the state. Check with your state documentation. Go online. Look up your state statutes. They should write a letter with notification and at least 30 days to fix it before levy fines. How does the bylaws state the steps? Read them, they are a guide for the board and you. Otherwise make it an Agenda item for the next board meeting, attend and ask questions on that Agenda item. Yep, your aloud to, they have to let you speak and notify you of the meeting too. Ask for a community meeting, so the whole community can vote on it. Get out there and get involved, for all future problems, at least learn the steps to reach out to the board you elect.
