How do you become a tennis player on the international circuit? I'd like to represent India, not within USTA jurisdiction.

Very simple, play India AITA circuit, win few tournments then enter ITF tour. Win some tournaments or at least win few rounds collect few points, get in to challengers well now ur international circuit player congrats:)
