I am a u.s. citizen that lives in the u.s i married a mexican in mexico and i have been married 1 year and i have a child with him that is a citizen how can i fix his status so he could become a resident in the u.s

    There is no "fixing of status". You can file for a spousal visa for him and he, in turn, will need to respond at the consulate in Mexico. If he is currently illegally present, it could very well result in a ban. The fact that he impregnated you doesn't buy him any points.
