Help answer this question below.

After doing something such as playing a puzzle game or practicing music for some time my brain feels tired or exhausted. Why is this? And what can I do to prevent it?

    the artist formerly known as triorion

    you can get mental fatigue, same as you can get muscle fatigue, it's just a result of exercising your brain. i find it helps to do things in 30 minutes intervals (like studying or reading) and take a five minute break to rest my eyes and my brain. also, if you keep practicing (exercising your brain), you will be able to do more with less fatigue.
