They are not healthy. buy fresh chicken strips in the meat department - Dip in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with no fat Pam - Bake them at 400 about 10 minutes - way better and more nutritious than fozen. Processed, frozen food is not good for you.

My boyfriend loves those frozen chicken products too. I just bought a set of three cheap aluminum baking pans at Walmart for $4, but there are definitely better baking pans out there, if you're looking for something that will last you longer. I just cover the pans in aluminum foil, cuz it's easier to clean, and if the directions say to grease the pan then I spray some cooking spray like Pam on it. If the directions say ungreased pan then I just place the food on the aluminum foil and throw it in the oven. Easy cooking for sure!

P.S. Before I had baking pans, I just used aluminum foil. I would cut a piece large enough to hold all the chicken and roll the sides up a bit so I had something to hold on to in order to set it in the oven. It wasn't ideal, but it worked, and there was no clean up.
