Which group of people in the US are considered the most sensitive? Meant in a non-physical sense.

I don't know that there is any data showing one group of people to be more emotionally sensitive than another. I guess women are commonly considered to be more emotionally sensitive, but I have no idea how you'd quantify that.

Probably women during PMS... dont to be in a rude way, b/c im a girl too, but, some are more sensitive during PMS.

I believe that 50 plus y/o white males, with facial hair, brown eyes, big radar dish ears, dumbo like noses, who are left handed, with salt and pepper hair tend to be more sensitive about jokes told about them.
