Another possibility is to look at whether or not your car's transmission is equipped with a lockup torque convertor. Sometimes, the solenoid which locks up the convertor, malfunctions or sticks, causing the convertor to "lock-up" at all times. It isn't supposed to do this, and when you slow to a stop, the car begins to jerk and finally stalls. A quick fix is to unplug the electrical connector controlling the convertor from the side of the transmission (4-pin blue on GM models). Fixing it the right way would be to have a transmission shop replace the solenoid and/or unstick the valve it operates.
It sounds like fuel starvation. Check fuel filters, there may be more one, and if yours has a carbuerater, there may be a fine gause sleeve filter at its fuel inlet.
Also check your fuel pump. Is your ignition coil overheating? if excessive ckeck ignition system.
Good luck!

Someone accidentally tops up my auto transmission fluid with brake fluid and after 3 days the same problem happened like your car. I changed the ATF fluid but the same thing happen. Whats wrong here?
also check for a vacuum leak.
If there is a sensor on the air intake, between the filter and the intake manifold, unplug it and see if it makes a difference.

You're reading My car stalls when coming to stop when the engine is warm. It will restart and run fine, but stalls again when I try to put it in gear. If it sets for 15 minutes or more it is fine until it warms up again. What's going on here?
