Well i dont wish to make a ham of myself in response to this porker of a question.I imagine any male wether it be a pig or whatever, probably wouldnt be to happy with looseing the family jewels.

Umm, the grunt comes from the vocal cords, FYI. Removing "other parts" would have no effect on the grunt. So my answer would be no.
-
...or is he still gruntled?
-
Just a little higher octave.

Well, No one has yet to provide an answer to what 'gruntled' means. Disgrunteled has no counterpart. Look in the dictionary, and see if you can find the meaning of 'gruntled'. Beone's answer is cool, but if I may give you the perspective of a man who had to be castrated in his mid twenties for medical reasons, testicles ain't that big a deal.i I had them, but they needed to be cut off. I'm still a man without them. I have nothing but my penis, but I'm still a capable male. The only thing I can't do is father kids. My sperm died about a month after I was castrated.

So, If disgruntled means one is dissattisfied, then gruntled should mean you are happy.
-
Removing its' vocal chords would probably be more effective. Way to screw up an old joke.
-
It would be a Eunuch.
-
