I don't know what a "Chiv Trail blazer" is??? However, I Own a 2003 "Chevrolet (Chevy)Trail Blazer" & on it the Bulb Holders (4 (2 hi beam / 2 low beam) twists out (1/3 turn c.c.w. out / 1/3 turn c.w. in) & Locks from the rear. It is cramped & U may want to remove the Air Cleaner Housing to get to it easier. Clean the NEW BULB with Alcohol & do not touch it as Ur "Finger Print Oil" will cause the glass to break when lights are used. John
