Fact from fiction, truth from diction. To go through all the combinations of dress a chic would look good in would take a small book..So I will say top with cap sleeves spaghetti strap, quarter sleeve no bra, with mini or micro mini and 4 in or greater heels, knee socks, lace anklets, no tights or stockings.
