Which sub is better, kicker comp12'' witch is 300 watts or pyle bluewave12'' which is 1200 watts?

The pyle I would have to say. I never thought I would say that but I have to give it up to them that is a pretty tight hitting sub. My brother has two of them and is pushing each sub with a audiobahn a1200dt amplifier and you can barely sit in the car. Make sure you give these subs some airspace in vslot ported box. they sound great.
