Help answer this question below.

My sister & brother-in-law are having marital problems. She has been cheating on him for at least a month. My brother-in-law wants to divorce her. He is living in the US as an illegal immigrant. He is scared he might get deported. Should he be scared?

My wife filed for divorce in Illinois and is now not following through. We are doing this pro se, or without lawyers. The judge said I have to file a counter petition but can not find the forms anywhere. Does anybody know where I can get one for free?
