New DVD players,particularly the cheap ones, have only AV out, 2 for the audio and one for the video.
If you have a vcr, you can use that for the AV in to convert to RF channel 3 or 4 out to TV.
hosw do i change the fuzzy black and white screen on my tv to show tv channels again?

I live in an apartment complex, I own an RCA 42" LCD TV, I believe one of my neighbors' remote control affects my TV. How can I fix this?

My RCA TV model G35310WK HAS A GREEN SCREEN WITH LINES AND SOUND -THEN IT SHUTS OFF IF I PULL THE PLUG & TURN IT ON SAME THINGS
