I don't think that's right. A brain is a brain and when people ask for advice in a place like this, they WANT answers from all points of view.

I believe that everyone can learn something whether it be wisdom or knowledge from someone else. Do you not listen to kids just because they are less developed than you? Do you not take the advice of the elderly cause they've become too old to perform the way you do? I find it foolish to base your attentiveness about something based upon the way the person looks, or how old they are. My answer would have to be it depends, lol
-
No way. Everyone has something to offer. Maybe a better perspective would be one thing.
-
Depends on what they are advising about. The developed nations have forgotten alot of important stuff that the developing nations know too well. The trick is to use the right brains for the right purpose. Proud people (or nations) will be humiliated by their own foolishness. They may arrogantly ignore the wisdom of others, while the others laugh.

I belong to a country that is midway. Neither too underdeveloped or too developed. I am a citizen of India. What I find is that there are brilliant people all over the world regardless the economic status of the country they belong to. However the brilliant people are far outnumbered by the mediocre and outright ignorant ones in every country. So my criteria for accepting advice will be the intelligence level of the person giving the advise rather than the economic status of the country they belong to.

it would be insulting to say yes! which ofcourse, i wouldnt - i think all ppl regardless of where theyre from have much to contribute.
-
No because they know things about the basics that we tend to forget, everyone has some sort of different knowledge to offer each other, and all knowledge is valuable.
-
I like to get all different perspectives, it would be boring to get the same response from everyone ;0)

Developing countries have accomplished things that many developed countries haven't. Every country can learn from another. I would love for the leading countries in pollution to learn from other coutnries and bring it down a notch. I don't think any input should be stopped, you may learn something.

How does the development of a certain country pertain to the brain that resides in the head of an individual from that country? Each individual should be taken as an individual. As far as advice that would be given differently from an individual from countries of different development, who is to say which one is right? Each nation has developed different skills and along different lines. For that matter, how do you define "developed"? An American may say that we are the most developed nation in the world, which many do... not all. That does not mean that someone in another nation does not think that we are the most backwards nation on the planet in many or all ways. Who is right?
