    You can either
    A. leave it alone and let them remain friends.
    or
    B. Go out with him and rip out your ex's heart and destroy his friendship all in one shot.

Sounds like you are a bouncer, you know, broke up with the boyfriend and are now looking for a replacement, just bouncing around....on the rebound.

If you think there is a chance for you two to get back together, i would not take the chance of dating his best friend. why? then, you have complicated the situation.....a three-way trianlge.

You will lose both guys and both guys will end hating each other, because of you.

I would give some deep thought, before you decide on what you can have and can't have.

Your decision could effect the friendship of two other people.

Ok, so what do you want? You want people to tell you to go ahead and have sex with the guy, is that it?

Work on that tendency of wanting what you can't have.

i wouldnt reccomend this because even though you and your bf split up he will be hurt if you started gong out with his best mate. Also it probably wouldnt work out anyway because you would be in a difficult position right from the start
