  • no sugar is not in everything you eat, though the thing that you have to look out for is carbohydrates your body breaks them down into sugar, so the grains and stuff like that will break down into sugar. That is to say that you shouldn't cut them completely out, they can be translated into energy (calories), and in all actuality they are easier for your body to break down... if you eat too much your body stores this energy in fat... it you eat too little your body will start breaking down the fat and protein in your body... but its not like a switch, when it is breaking down your reserves (in fat) then it is still be breaking down the protein (muscle) as well, and then after that it will start affecting your internal organs, so tread lightly... that's my warning... that's why I tell people to not go by weight, if you are losing protein you are losing what burns the fat more, and therefore if you lose weight you are losing not only fat but protein as well if you aren't working out enough to keep the muscles up... it is better to be fit than it is to be skinny...
